My story
Novo Capital Management was launched to help busy professionals create financial security and break their dependence on a paycheck. After decades of climbing the corporate ladder and building successful careers, my wife and I realized our financial vulnerability when sudden layoffs eliminated our earned income. Fortunately, our real estate investments provided much-needed supplemental income and supported our family during this unexpected time.
Novo, Latin for “to make anew” represented a new beginning. It was an opportunity to break free from the 9-5 grind and create income streams that support a free and inspired life. Having achieved success in my personal portfolio, I'm now helping other hard-working professionals diversify their income and create financial security.
My senior advisor is John Casmon, who is a general partner on over twelve commercial apartment projects, controlling over $140 million in real estate throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
