My story
After 18 years working as an analyst for several Fortune 500 companies, I founded Novo Capital Management in 2019. During my time in corporate America, I developed in-depth knowledge of how to use data to drive decision making, and the importance of building efficient and effective systems. The skills and expertise I developed provided me with a competitive edge in identifying and managing profitable real estate opportunities. It's with this foundation of knowledge that I began investing in real estate.
Novo, Latin for “to make anew” represented a new beginning. After experiencing first-hand, the power and benefits of real estate investing, I wanted to help others achieve financial freedom and build generational wealth by providing passive investing opportunities in high-quality, tax-advantaged multifamily real estate investments.
As the principal of Novo Capital Management, I believe in waking up every single day to help others achieve their financial goals so they can live a free and inspired life. My primary focus is to preserve capital and mitigate risk, while generating the highest possible returns to investors.
In my free time, I'm happiest spending time with my wife and two sons. I'm also passionate about health and wellness, and supporting regenerative local food systems. I love the outdoors and am an avid fly fisherman.
